  (1) FIRST - TO TAKE THIS CLASS, YOU WILL

      NEED TO  REGISTER FOR THIS CLASS.

      YOU WILL FIND THE "REGISTRATION ROOM"

       LOCATED WHEN YOU FIRST ENTERED THE

       BUILDING.

  (2) SECOND... FOCUS YOUR ATTENTION ON

        LOVING & APPRECIATING YOURSELF

  (3) THIRD - TREAT & HONOR YOURSELF SO

       YOU CAN  SET AN EXAMPLE FOR OTHERS

      TO FOLLOW.
